PERM Training

All Alaska Medicaid-enrolled providers are encouraged to attend a presentation on Payment Error Rate Measurement (PERM.)

The project coordinator position working with general billers is currently open.

First Health, the contractor that processes Medicaid billing for Alaska Department of Health and Social Services, touches on PERM in many of their trainings, and is developing a class specifically on preparing for PERM that will likely be offered beginning in 2008.
